Here’s this weeks crop of photographs our merry band of fishers sent me. Finally, I have some photographs from one of my own trips. Jim E Cow, U-boat, and I set out on the Sparticus at 4:45 this morning and were off the North Jetty by the time the sun peeked over the ocean.

May 26 – Short but Fat Catch and Release

Ed Lambert from Byfield, MA caught this 24 inch at the point yesterday at 3:30pm using clams. Not a keeper but made for a better day. Released him back unharmed. .

May 19 Joppa Flats Fever

Wet a few lines for the outgoing tide in the flats on Saturday the 19th. My father Rick and I here on a double hook up. Hit at close to the bottom of the tide on fresh mackerel(not the cat). Landed around 8 beautiful fish, 4 keepers 4 schools. Two great looking fish to be caught

May 18 Catch and Release.

A note from Ryan J, My friend Pete Cramer caught this fat 33″ fish was taken on the ocean from at about 7.00pm on a Hopkins. . I got one a bit skinnier 5 minuets before on a SP minnow. Both swam off to see another day. . Worth the trip up from Allston/Brighton .

More May 15 – First Keeper!

Hey Stickman, Another great night on the beachfront tonight! Last couple hours of the incoming tide produced 4 fish for myself, this was the biggest at 33″ which was sent back to become a 40. Another 25 inch and a couple schoolies. All fish came on a Daiwa SP Salt Minnow. I
