June 9 – WEEKEND REVIEW

We have had a few good days of fishing…….for most. The normal schedule of low tide in the river and high tide along the beach has gone out the window. the past few days we have heard of a lot of fish being caught along the oceanfront during and around the  low tide

JUNE 4 ~~ WHERE ARE YOU???

This mornings action has been great. Parking lot 1 in the PRWR has produced some nice fish today. Warren Perry caught the top of the incoming tide and was rewarded with this 16-5 pounder that he caught using a minnow lure (not telling brand anymore!). He also caught and released

June 3 ~ good fishing

MAY 22 – Morning Action

Steve LeBlanc, from Groveland was in this morning with this 10-9 he caught using “a certain lure” made by D*iw*  along the surf. *** George Bossi in last night before closing.  He did  well using Bill Hurley’s Sandeels (a favorite) early evening.

May 12-21 Report

We have had a mixed bag this past week. People have fished the north tip of the island to the southern end and lots of places in between. low tide in the mouth of the Merrimac River has  had good luck this week with bucktail jigs and swimming minnow lures, while others have gone

May 9 – Stripers are In. First keeper at the shop.
