The only guys having fun this week are the flounder fishermen. Today we’ve had three fellas in, two for more bait and one who had caught his limit. The beachfront has been very good at PI center, and Lot one on the reservation.

Stripers have been very scarce this week. Most everyone is reporting that there fish around, but they won’t eat. One of our customers spent two hours trolling the flats with tube and worm. No fish, just lots of spooked fish.

Bluefish have been reported, but not in any big numbers.

So it’s been slow, don’t get your hopes up unless you like flat fish.
