June 6, a nice Catch and Release (well, some)

Jeff Hastings sent us this pic and nice note: Tim Van Leer with 33”, about 14# catch and release south end of Plum Island in boat.  Caught on live mackerel which was caught with the aid of Surfland chum that was left out for me (in red pick-up) when I couldn’t make 9 pm closing time! Thanks for great store, service, and  blog.

    That s a nice bass in a canoe. It s not easy and to have it photoed like that is not easy.

    how true jim. quite hysterical throwing the camera back and fourth in hopes the pics comes out. even funnier last yr me and toby had 2 40 inch doubles on at the same time pullin the canoe every which way!!!! happy bait!!
