10 Sep Sept 10 – North North West Wind
The north, northwest wind wind is blowing here today. Picked up this afternoon a little over 10 knots with gusts over 15.
http://www.windfinder.com/forecast/sandy_hook_plum_island. But guess what….who cares because they are catching small bluefish out front on the oceanfront at the time of this post! Small ones started hitting about just after 4pm and hopefully they’ll hang around.
Sunday we saw a couple fish come in. Murph must have the magic touch this year. Here he is with his 10-10 that he caught on the PRWR at 8am Sunday on worms. He said that they caught a lot of smaller fish and very few bigger ones. This being one.
And, then we had Steven LeBlanc from Groveland, MA that was fishing with clams at lot 3 (low tide) get this 9-4.
