21 Sep September 21, Report from the beach
Justin Blanchette and a “friend” came in this afternoon from fishing down the refuge. They said that the fish started hitting about sunrise and continues into mid morning. They caught and released about 14 fish ranging from 15″-30″ inches. This (15th fish) was 30″ and weighed 8.12 pounds. Justin caught this fish at about 8am. They were using worms!

Posted at 15:28h, 22 Septemberhi all, hearing about this dredging project. can anyone tell of what this did to fishing the last time they did it, read it was 11 years ago. just curious if this will create/extend any sandbars on the beachfront over the winter. any thoughts opinions??
